Dialight has expanded our microLED® offering of surface mount (SMD) LEDs with the introduction of our chip LED style 598 series. These devices are available in 10 different package configurations, each with a wide selection of LED options including the latest InGaN and AlInGaP technologies. They are lead-free and RoHs compliant with a MSR (Moisture Sensitivity Rating) of 3. Packaging options includes prototype strips of 20 pieces each and 7” reels for production runs.
