Following this transaction BillRonald now holds a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of theCompany. This notification was received by the Company on 15 May 2010 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R. The Company has also been notified that Roy Burton, Group Chief Executive and George Ralph, Interim Finance Director,respectively purchased 10,000 and 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at aprice of £2.53 per share on 17 May 2010. The registered holder of the shares in respect of both Roy Burton and George Ralphis T Hoare Nominees Limited.
