This Privacy & Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) together with our Website Terms and Conditions of Use at dialight.com and any other documents referred to in or on our website, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our Group, which means our subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. We have implemented a General Data Transfer Agreement for all entities in the Dialight Group and implemented procedures and controls to help ensure that personal information is protected no matter what country the Dialight company is located in.

Retention of your data

Dialight will retain your personal data for as long as we deem it necessary to enable you to use the website and your Dialight products, to provide services to you, to comply with applicable laws (including those regarding document retention), resolve disputes with any parties and otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business. All personal data we retain will be subject to this Policy and our internal retention guidelines. Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes or to delete your personal data entirely. We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. The GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you.. If you want to make a request or if you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete you should write to Dialight’s Company Secretary, at ourregistered office address above. Any information which is found to be incorrect will be corrected as soon as possible.

Our website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates.
