Minimal Impact of Coronavirus on Dialight Operations

The impact and outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) is continuing to impact people and countries around the world. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities. Our teams are executing pre-established business continuity plans and we are confident in our ability to ensure delivery of seamless service and support during these challenging times.
We would like to assure you that our manufacturing facility in Mexico is fully operational, and has not experienced any significant disruption arising from issues related to COVID-19. Moreover, stock is available and ready to ship at our distribution centers around the world. I personally would like to reassure you that we are taking extraordinary precautionary actions to ensure that our employees remain safe and healthy. All other functions are also running at 100% either through remote work or in offices that are not under any restrictions.
Significant finished goods inventory is available from Dialight and our Distributor Partners. We have strong stocking programs internally and with our regional vendors as well as strong Risk Mitigation programs including fully approved alternate components for our products, should one source be unavailable. While we have great confidence in our ability to weather this event, the situation is fluid and could change on short notice.
