Disclosure of Directors’ Details
The Roxboro Group PLC, the international specialist electronics group, announced
on 25 August 2005 the proposed appointments of Roy Burton as Group Chief
Executive and Cathy Buckley as Group Finance Director. These appointments are
conditional upon completion of the disposal of the Solartron Group to Ametek
which was announced on 25 August 2005.
Save as detailed below, there are no matters to be disclosed in respect of these
appointments under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
Prior to joining The Roxboro Group PLC in 2002, Mr. Burton was a director of
Coraza Systems Inc. which made a bankruptcy filing under Chapter 11 in March
2002. Mr. Burton resigned from the board of Coraza in May 2002.
