In 2021 we published our first ESG/Sustainability Report in line with our commitment to greater transparency on the work that we had being doing in product innovation, blazing a trail for women in the industrial sector, a focus on Health & Safety and the community impact of the Dialight Foundation. Our 2022 Sustainability Report demonstrates our environmental responsibility by generating a net reduction in carbon emissions through the replacement of old inefficient lighting fixtures with new highly efficient LED lighting fixtures. We have also included not only SASB reporting but also other sustainability metrics in the report appendices.
